Job Description

  • Efficiently manage stock for both terry and fabric products in the warehouse.
  • Implement best practices for organizing and maintaining an accurate inventory.
  • Execute dispatch plans as reported by the corporate clerk.
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Work closely with the inventory controller to monitor stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement measures to minimize stock outs and overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that the stored products meet quality standards.
  • Implement processes to prevent and address any quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the warehouse.
  • Implement safety measures for handling, storing, and transporting products.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Generate regular reports on stock levels, dispatch execution, and any relevant warehouse metrics .
