Job Description
Develop comprehensive end-to-end production plans covering Yarn, Fabric, Weaving, Processing, and Stitching operations, with structured daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for each department.
Collaborate closely with the Production, Marketing, procurement and Merchandising teams to align on order volumes, delivery timelines, and product specifications, ensuring seamless execution.
Convert customer orders into detailed and actionable production plans, optimizing order allocation across production lines based on priorities and capacity.
Ensure timely availability of all required accessories and trims, including buttons, zippers, and labels, to prevent production delays.
Monitor planned versus actual production performance, ensuring achievement of key KPIs such as efficiency, capacity utilization, quality standards, and on-time delivery; proactively identify and resolve blockages.
Drive cost optimization through efficient machine utilization, workforce planning, energy management, and reduction of material waste.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing lean manufacturing practices, line balancing techniques, and Standard Minute Value (SMV) optimization.
Utilize ERP and MIS systems effectively for production tracking, forecasting, performance analysis, and minimizing rejections and returns.
Share the report on a weekly basis and highlight and deviation from the plan
